12-Week Course Structure

Each week we will cover the following topics and you will be given tasks to complete based on your current lifestyle.

The goal is sustainability and adherence.

Example: If you currently eat 50 grams of Protein per day on average, you won’t be asked to suddenly eat 150 grams. You simply won’t be able to stick to it. As an example, you may look at increasing your average to 60 grams per day.

You will be held accountable once we’ve agreed on a realistic target.

It’s all well and good for a coach to tell you to drink more water but it’s not enough.

“Show me.”

This is something you’ll hear a lot.

You’ll be asked to show me your tracking sheet for how much water you’ve been drinking.

Another example would be showing me your shopping list receipt.

We agreed that more fresh fruit in the house would help you with your progress, so show me that you have bought it.
