January
TEAM EVENT
In teams of 2-4 you’ll go against each other in a friendly team event. Teams will be decided by the coaches and based on fitness ability. We don’t take it too seriously, it’s more about having fun and getting stuck in with the other members. Typically you’ll perform 3 workouts spread over 2-3 hours. We often have cakes and coffee after!
February
CROSSFIT OPEN
CrossFitter’s around the world will be taking part in the annual CrossFit Open! This is a great time to be a member. You will test yourself over 3 workouts (1x per week) which get announced on a Friday. Even the top athletes in the world will be joining in. Scaling options are available no matter what fitness level you are. On Friday nights during the Open we have cake/pizza/drinks to celebrate.

The Open continues on during the first week of March.

TESTING WEEKS
For 2 weeks we will test multiple aspects of your fitness and gauge your progress. Small tweaks will then be made to our program to ensure you get the best results! We perform testing every 12 weeks except when the CrossFit Open is running as that is also used to gauge progress.

In Support of Armed Forces Day (Last Saturday of the month)
Perform CrossFit’s most famous hero workout. Scaling options will be available for all levels.

CROSSFIT GAMES BEGINS

XMAS/NEW YEAR HOURS
Don’t worry, we won’t close for weeks over Xmas! There will be limited hours but plenty of opportunity to get your training in.
