Training at Sea City is as much about the environment that has been created by the coaches as the members that train here too. Everyone is there to support you in your journey to be a fitter stronger version of yourself but from there you gain confidence and understanding of your body and its limits.
I enjoy the weightlifting and WODs, but seeing the progression of moving your own body weight through gymnastic moves like pull ups feels amazing"

“Joint in 2021. Enjoying it ever since. Venue is small, equipment is good. Because of the small venue you get almost 1on1 coaching. Emma and Dan are fab. Very knowledgeable and excellent coaching.
